Guidelines on Unprofessional Conduct Involving Sexual Boundary Violations

This report defines sexual boundary violations for dental care practitioners. It provides recommendations to assist dental boards with the investigation of complaints, preparation for hearings, construction of disciplinary orders, and monitoring and educating offenders when dental boards are called upon to address unprofessional conduct involving a sexual boundary violation.
